Privacy: Website Forms | Fix My Truck

Who we are

This website is run by Fix My Truck Pty Ltd (ABN 19 608 713 631), Suite 1017, 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008, Australia.

What we collect

When you send the contact form, the membership enquiry or the supplier application, we collect what you enter:

your name, company or business name, email address, phone number and country;
your message;
for a membership enquiry: the number and types of vehicles, and the state or region they are based in;
for a supplier application: your ABN or NZBN, the services you provide, your service area and your hours.

With each submission we also record the page it was sent from, your IP address and your browser's user agent. We use these to protect the forms from spam and abuse.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, to assess a membership or supplier application, and to contact you about it. If you don't give the required details, we may not be able to respond to your enquiry.

Where it is kept

Your enquiry is sent from this website to Fix My Truck's job system and kept there with a reference number, where our staff handle it. If you become a member or a supplier, your details become part of your account or supplier record.

Spam protection

The forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a submission comes from a person. Turnstile runs in your browser when a form is shown and Cloudflare processes information about the browser and the request to do that check. Cloudflare's own privacy policy applies to that processing. This website is hosted on Cloudflare.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
