Getting paid
A clear path for every job: quote, go-ahead, invoice, payment. You can follow each invoice in the supplier portal.
Give your quote when you accept, or once you have seen the vehicle. Amounts are before GST.
Within the customer’s limit you go ahead at once; above it, wait for the go-ahead.
Submit your invoice in the portal once the vehicle is back on the road, with your PDF.
We check it against the job and the approved quote, then schedule the payment.
Paid in line with your terms, with a remittance advice by email and in the portal.
Invoices are paid in line with your payment terms: 30 days unless we have agreed otherwise.
Each payment is allocated to your invoices and the remittance advice (PDF) is emailed to your accounts address. Every payment and its remittance are also under Invoices & payments in the supplier portal.
Tick not registered for GST when you submit, and no GST is added.
When to give a quote, how customers approve it, what "Wait for the go-ahead" means, and what to do if the job grows.
How to submit your invoice for a finished job in the supplier portal, what each invoice status means, and where to find payments and remittances.
